Yes, I have tried to contact him, but it’s always a runaround transfer to another department then disconnect also I have continued my dispute through my credit card company and supplied them with documents and receipts. Hopefully, they will refund my money at some point do not deal with this company they are scammers. They will take your money and keep it.
Their website led you to believe you could get a really good deal for a year if you signed up.. It was a scam.
They charged you a lot more money and then they will not give your money back.

Found an 0800 number that connects to a call centre in the Philippines. They were unable to help me and would not allow me to escalate over the phone.
I have escalated the matter by email and am currently waiting for a reply.
Venntro withdrew £164.95 from my account today.
I did not knowingly authorise this payment. I'm very angry.

I cancelled in October, got my cancellation confirmation and they charged my bank in March. When you sign in one, they sign you up on to many more sites.
When you try to get in touch with them, they respond with automated messages.
They ended up 'searching for my account ' to justify their taking my money. They are supposed to be a Christian site but they aren't

I have messaged you at least 6 x and not had a reply. I signed up for a three day trial for 1.99, then you decided to take 80= out of my account.
I now dont have enough money in my account to pay my rent this month.
Can someone please respond asap as this is totally wrong and irresponsible.
